Act No. 494/2010 Coll effective on 30 December 2010 amended also Law on Tax Administration No. 511/1992 Coll. The amendment addresses, among others, securing of the goods on the marketplace provided that the seller does not use the electronic cash register, provision of tax personal information to Cadastre Administration, cooperation of third parties defined by law within the tax administration, etc. The Tax Directorate of Slovak Republic published on its web site a material on application of this law.
