As of May 10, 2011 based on Article 9, section 1 and 2 of Act 02/1991 on collective bargaining as amended were stored the collective agreements of higher degree on Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family. Mentioned agreements are effective for year 2011 as follows:
- Collective agreement of higher degree concluded between Labour union DREVO, LESY, VODA and Association of employers in Slovak forest industry.
- Collective agreement of higher degree concluded between Labour union of miners, geology and oil industry of Slovak republic and Association of metallurgy, mining industry and geology of Slovak republic.
- Collective agreement of higher degree concluded between Association of bus transportation and Labour union KOVO.
