The Finance Ministry of the Slovak Republic adopted Decree No. MF/15653/2010-74 amending the Accounting Procedures for Entrepreneurs Maintaining Accounts Under the System of Double Entry Bookkeeping. This Decree is effective from 1 July 2010.
In order to clarify the requirements of the Act on Public Procurement and Act on Accounting the new Article 30c defines the accounting for Concession in the books of Provider. This amendment shall be applied for annual periods ending after 30 June 2010.
